REHEARSAL DINNERS, ENGAGEMENT PARTIES, HOLIDAY PARTIES, and OTHER EVENTS
Guidelines for events at The Conservatory and The Lodge:
- Rental fee for up to 50 guests is $250 and rental fee for 51-100 guests is $450. Event must end by 11:00pm.
- $4 per person after initial 100 guests. This fee will be $350 for anyone who has reserved Burge Plantation for a ceremony and/or reception.
- Tables and chairs for event are included
- Tableware for reception is included
- Plasticware, beverage napkins, & ice for bar are included. Upgrade to glassware at bar for $3.00 per person
- Parking Attendant as the guests arrive at The Conservatory for events with 100+ guests (not needed for The Lodge)
- Off-Duty Police Officer during reception (depends on size of event and if alcohol is served). $40 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Fee will be added to customer's invoice.
- All catering provided by Burge’s In House Chef. Menu must be confirmed with Chef and Event Coordinator
- Bartender fee $100 (customer provides all alcohol)
- Bridal Luncheon: Room fee $250.
- Additional charges will be added for extra tables, chairs, linens etc. Tables $9.50 each, chairs $2.50 each, white linens $14.00 each, overlays $10.00 each.
- If customer wishes to reserve both rooms in The Conservatory or both rooms at The Lodge, an additional room usage fee of $100 will apply. Fee includes tables, chairs, linens.
