Food and Beverage Services
All catering must be provided by our in-house chef and kitchen staff. The only outside catering allowed on the Burge property are wedding cakes, groom’s cakes, and favors for your guests. Rental rates do not include food or beverage service. The food minimum is $40 per person. All fees (rental fees and catering) incur a 20% service fee and 7% sales tax. We do host two tastings a year, one in January and one later in the summer. The cost is $15 per person and reservations can be made for up to 6 guests. Please note that we do not do private tastings. Each tasting menu is created by the Chef.
Tea, Lemonade & Water: Includes Plasticware, Ice, & Beverage Napkins. Included in all meal prices.
Limited Beverage Package (Optional): Tea, Lemonade, Water, and choice of two Soft Drinks (please select two of the following soft drinks: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Ginger Ale for the bar), Ice, Plasticware, and Beverage Napkins.

Full Beverage Package (Optional): Tea, Lemonade, Water, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Tonic, Club Soda, Lemons & Limes, Ice, Plasticware and Cocktail Napkins. Customer must provide alcohol.

Alcohol (Optional): You are welcome to provide for your guests the following alcohol during the reception: Beer (bottles, cans or kegs), wine, champagne, and mixed drinks. All soft drinks needed as mixers must be provided by Burge. Burge Bar Recommendations: A selection of 2 Imported Beers, 2 Domestic Beers, 3 Wines (a Red, White and Blush/Sweet Wine) and 4 Liquors (Vodka, Gin, Bourbon and Scotch) and Champagne.
Bartender Fee: One bartender per 50 guests is required. $75 per bartender (maximum of 5 hours, includes setup/teardown). NOTE: Bars cannot exceed more than 5 hours. Burge does not charge a corkage fee for alcohol.
Glass Package (Optional): Includes glassware for all beverages served at the event (tea, lemonade, soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, and mixed drinks).

Hayride: Tour of the Burge property for approximately 20 minutes. Hayride includes tractor and trailer, hay bales, and guide. Ride can accommodate up to 40 guests. $200
